Lately, generative AI has been making waves, producing breathtaking images that have left many in awe. Recognizing this trend, it was only fitting that we started to integrate generative AI tools into the Current App. In our pursuit of developing superior image generation AI, we've adhered to the Nostr Improvement Proposal NIP-90, also known as DVM (Data Vending Machines). This approach allows developers to craft their AI generation tools, offering Current users a buffet of options to pick and choose the best tools to suit their needs. We are at the beginning of a promising journey, and this release marks our first significant stride.
Users of Current can now dive in and craft their unique generative art simply by inputting text. Once the AI generates the image, it can be seamlessly incorporated into a post or even shared across different social media platforms.
But that's not all! We've introduced several enhancements in this release, starting with a comprehensive overhaul of the home feed display and a refined presentation of post threads.
