20 active job posts from 5+ bitcoin companies on the "jobs" board. How about a "new" indicator for that menu item when a new one is posted?

Yeah if less than a day -2 could have a tag next to it. If the list gets bigger, categories would be helpful IE Engineering, marketing, etc. If it really gets competitive you had have a rate to list for the all category + a rate to be in the sub cats too
