What do you mean with stuck? There are 500K+ transactions in queue for validation 2.8K to 3K transactions per block every 10 min (average over the last 8 days, as usual)
The miners will approve first the ones in the queue paying the higher fees, it is not FIFO

And those are ordinal pushes I think. There are many huge txs with tons of identical very small outputs (<2k sats) so each one of them causes this blip on the radar. Fucking disgusting.
