It seems like the easiest on-ramps are switching to Fountain for podcasts, using Zebedee for mobile games, and sMiles as a step counter. Just make a little Bitcoin for doing stuff you were going to do anyway. I'd also encourage them to look into a Fold card, so they can earn some pretty good Bitcoin rewards on all their purchases.
Then gradually nurture their interest as it emerges.
If they're up for a book club or watch party type of thing, though, that would be an awesome place to start.

I wouldn't recommend starting to play mobile games for the sats. If someone already spends time playing games on their phone, they may as well play Zebedee games.
It also comes with a wallet that connects pretty easily to other apps that earn Bitcoin and it has a social media feature that connects into nostr. Also, they recently introduced taking surveys for sats.
It's a pretty good starting place.
