Today I think I am finally going to take a Sunday off and make chicken mole with spanish rice. My mom used to make this for us when I was young it was my favorite meal she made us.

Yesterday I did a little grilling at the lab and it came out great everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Been on a cooking kick lately.

I will be grilling a beautiful sirloin steak later today. What is your go-to method that you recommend for the perfect steak?

I like to make the meat on a big hot rock. Slowly...
Just put some salt and done.

I am not entirely great a cooking steaks on a grill, I just try not to over cook it but @k00b is

Advice: wait for grill to be very hot and only give it a few minutes on each side. When it doubt, or if you're picky, use a meat thermometer.
