“The answer is found in the fact that there are two types of laws: There are just laws and there are unjust laws. I would be the first to advocate obeying just laws. One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.”

The truth is that it only exist one single law: The Natural Law. All the rest are just codes, papers, local rules etc.

They listed 4 bullet points on natural laws:
  • do not do harm to other wo/man
  • do not steal from other wo/man
  • do not kill another wo/man
  • stay in honor
How do we define honor? It's something subjective. First 3 points are objectively defined.
I really don't like such a fluent rule. High degree of interpretation can lead to corruption/dysfunction. What if it is not considered 'honorable' to do business with 'INSERT_GROUP_YOU_BELONG_TO' in your culture?
To have more specific example - in some cultures women are dishonored by showing their hairs. Should be consider this natural law?

stay in honor is in your relations with other peers. Example: we have a contract or agreement. Respect it with honor.

But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.
