Nothing. Your sats will just stay in the existing channels until you will close them. If you do not had the SCB/hsm_secret backup file then the last option is to contact all your peers and tell them to force close your channels. But even then, without the SCB file (in case of LND) you will not be able to recover in onchain wallet your sats.

Force close scenario : your sats got ejected back onchain ? If not then your partner will decide to keep the zombie channel ( until you came back online ) or close the channel. Here is where your partner honesty is being tested, will they publish the lastest SCB ? If not you're out of luck
