I will repeat this 1 gazzilion times: use the 3 levels stash, with multiple wallets:

HODL level: most of your stash, your vault, your central bank, that you move it only in emergency cases. CACHE level: the medium amount, coin control, commercial bank, IN/OUT SPEND: level: small amounts to cover your daily/weekly spending, LN wallets.
