In Germany you don‘t even need spend sats to buy gift cards anonymous. You can buy them in nearly every supermarket as small plastic cards at the checkout with cash.

The Bitcoin Company provides American VISA cards which you can use for some shops in Europe. 2 USD + 2% for each purchase, but no-KYC.

In a way, but they do suck with 2 wallets thingy, transfer in and transfer to card.... plus not so anon as I would like
