Except one detail, there was no such thing as a Ledger (or whatever USB signing device that was), 11 years ago.
There was the Casascius physical bitcoin though. Also, there was no seed phrases yet either.

Thailand really does make some very good commercials, especially the whacky kinds. The Ogilvy & Mather Bangkok office wins a lot of advertising awards.
