It's basically a lottery without being called a lottery. I wonder if it'd be illegal to call it a lottery. It'd probably be way more popular if they did.
Exactly! But knowing me If I see hash rate make a big drop I'm Immediately buying 500TH while convincing myself that I'm defending the network.
And I wouldn't be surprised if there are legal reasons on why they cant refer to some of the contracts as lottery.
