can someone explain how btc works on Telegram? does Tgram run a LN and does it manage channels between users. I suppose Tgram also creates wallets for users on the fly as well? and how does the average person load some sats on the Tgram wallet for the 1 st time if they don't have a bank account this off the back of this interesting video of btc in Cuba.
