The US is over 30 trillion in debt. How does the country keep funding wars when it's finances are so poor that the central bank and Treasury needs to buy the government's own bonds to keep the lights on, because investors no longer see any value in these bonds? I understand the moral arguments you're making, but I'm genuinely curious how you think this is sustainable? Does the debt load and crushing interest spiral not worry you?

I'm with you in regards to military spending. The Pentagon ends each fiscal year with a surplus, they don't spend all the money congress gives them. Yet the Rethuglicans want an increase in military funding each time the federal budget is on the table..
