I understand the scepticism, especially when such company is based from California.
Hope we can have more discussions about encrypted hardware. For backups & daily usage.
We have the software nailed down, but too many companies like Samsung for example are saying they offer secure devices with questionable encryption methods (be it fingerprints, or potential backdoors).

More discussion is required about the limitations of mainstream 'encrypted' drives out there. Here is a "robust" option for those considering their next hardware device. They certainly have the Bitcoin aesthetic also!

I would go with the regular hard disk option and full-disk encryption with VeraCrypt.
