Everyone has opinions. But people, in a decentralized world of open-source protocols, are meant to make and accept Bitcoin payments.
People should buy Bitcoins to spend it, and sell Bitcoins to let others spend it.

Why not just earn in bitcoin, spend in bitcoin?
Why do you want to go back to fiat?

Better spend instead to sell them. If you sell them, you sell it to the Microstrategys & the Blackrocks of the world. If you spend them, they will probably be in better hands.
