Saylor always liked Gensler — he understands bitcoin very well, understands what it implicates. So does the USGov, and they’re doing whatever they can to try to control the situation.

Yeah. IMO the SEC's not gonna move before their concerns about price manipulation are allayed and Binance is reined in.
Until that day comes, I shall continue to slurp this scrumptious little dip. Mmmm.
