Admittedly, in my Bitcoin journey I didn't go to a meetup or a conference for a long time. And I regret it now. I HIGHLY encourage you to make the time and effort of go to one IRL and make connections. Here's why:
  1. Huge learning opportunity. You get the chance to share stories, resources, product reviews and more in real time with real people. 99% of whom are cool, chill and legit. I almost guarantee you'll leave with one new idea, perspective or thing.
  2. Fostering community = fostering Bitcoin adoption. Vibes are contagious. Now you'll have plebs in your area who you know are working towards the same goal.
  3. Support and feedback for your own biases and viewpoints. Seeing more perspectives can be useful to fill in blind spots you may have. While you're 80iq, maybe someone else is 75iq hahaha. It's also an opportunity to support each other's work in the space.
  4. Fun. It's always nice to relax and take a break from how busy we are to have a beer, snack, meal, drink or any kind and just chill.
Please fill in if I've missed anything... but I highly recommend attending one or organizing on. Head to meetup.com if you haven't already.

We are starting out locally where I live - biggest problem we had was starting a website. Why dont we have a bitcoin meet up website template we could easily deploy on a server? Had to code our site from scratch with my meager html skills..... I'll share my template if there's interest.

Buy the domain name which is reasonably affordable...buy a ghost membership and connect your domain name to get your website up and going then its just plug n play baybeeee
