I agree. Tick toc next block but also the network is susceptible to larger people based movements and game theory.

People merely provide meaning for bitcoins. They are unrelated to how protocol functions and this is beauty of Bitcoin. However, if you mean "black swan" in the context of market then yes, why not. Probably makes sense.
