Some coffee, but mainly stress. I planned poorly and had an overnight commitment and meetings today. Traffic is very bad right now in NYC metro, so the only time to ensure light traffic is late at night. Still have to keep track of road closures.

I am pretty much retired from law. I also do property management-commercial stuff, and things are getting a little hairy with those interest rates! I'm kind of pulled back in.
