I dont know how I missed this, but John Vallis interviewed Keyan back in March of 2022.
It's worth listening to. You learn more about the guy that makes this all happen, and you get real insight about the motivations for and conception of SN. It's worth your time.
Vallis is really smart and thoughtful and articulate, I wish he did more stuff. The pod with him, Gigi, and a couple others (I think it was this one?) orange-pilling Jordan Peterson on btc was a real high point in intelligent btc discussion. I don't agree with all his takes, but he's an archetypical bitcoiner in the good ways.
I'm looking forward to listening to this and unraveling the mystery that is @k00b.

I have just started listening to him. I agree. I guess he no longer is creating podcast episodes?

I really missed the boat on Vallis. I'm discovering him now. I'm enjoying the ride.

He wouldn't let me. I had to find my own rock.

Not sure if he formally stopped or just slowed way down. He got involved with that Norwegian / Swedish fund that invested a bunch in bitcoin a couple years ago, and made a new podcast, and then kind of disappeared. Not sure why, but maybe he's active in channels that I don't follow.

Oh no ... This was my third ever pod interview. I did my first with Car (which is mostly good because Car was doing cool music/pod mashups) and then kr.
I haven't done many since. I did another with Car in a normal kind of interview style. Also Talking in Bits. Changing the Tide. Oh and one with DK about nostr stuff. Most recently Connect the World.
I think that's it.

I listened to @kr's when I first discovered SN. Definitely worth a listen. I haven't heard the one with @Car. I'll have to hunt that down.

I just enjoyed the hell out of this. Great hearing the two of you at the beginning. I know it wasn't that long ago, but it feels like a different time. I intend to listen to many more of @Car 's episodes.

I hope he gets back to the music mixing stuff at some point. I know it's a TON of work but it hits like art.

Yes it does! That first episode with you I noticed the impact of the music. Usually I just want the intro signature song to end (WBD, for example), but I really liked the way this was done. It must be incredibly time consuming.
