I think what they mean is that ai shouldn't be centralized and only used by big tech companies and that anyone should be free to use and develop the tech. We all know what's likely to happen: ai tech will be regulated to only big tech companies like google and meta.
Cat is out of the bag you can't get rid of the ai tech. So we should fight to make sure it remains available
