A regular exercise routine. Exercise is a natural mood booster, and if you exercise at a sufficiently hard level, I promise you won't be thinking about anything other than breathing. It'll get your right out of your head.
Start small if you're new to it but make sure you do it regularly. Ice you've established a habit then increase duration/intensity
