Not a bad list of resources dealing with seed phrases, but I was concerned that there was no mention of keeping them out of bank vaults. If they forgot that obvious problem I wonder what else they missed.

Is it not okay to store my online banking info in a password manager? Is it not okay to store my online brokerage info in a password manager? What about my 401k login/password in a password manager?
What percentage of bitcoin loss occurs because of 1. phishing 2. user error/loss and 3. direct hacking? I'm guessing its probably 99.9% the first two and 0.1% the latter.

You shouldn't because if someone has your seed words, there is nothing you or anyone can do: your bitcoin are gone; there is no central authority to appeal to
If someone hacks your bank account, there is at least a slight chance that the bank can reimburse you by reversing the fraudulent transaction or help with tracking (IP address etc.)
With bitcoin, there is no such info. Just coins moved from one address to another; out of reach forever.
