In terms of this site making sense - are the people being pinged ones that would actually answer? Seems unlikely. Also I'm so disillusioned with 99% of charities that the charity approach doesn't appeal to me.

I see many people "impressed" by how this can be done with nocode. If there is enough interest, I am willing to create / give some tutorials on this. My main goal is to onboard more people to Bitcoin and if I can also increase the amount of creators on Bitcoin, I would be super happy.
About the pinging and answers. Yes, the idea is that you chose "VIP's" of just interesting people to ask the question, so this way if more people pledge more sats, they have some kind of pressure to "just answer because there is locked money for charities".
About 99% of charities, I feel you, for now this is my best idea, but soon maybe we can add geyser.fund projects.
