Action packed night of sports. A great baseball game with a surprising victor. Way more hockey games on my television than I could keep track of and opening night of the NBA (those Nuggets championship rings are completely ridiculous-talk about peak fiat).
Congratulations to @BTC_Bellzer for winning the NHL frozen frenzy mini pool with 12 correct. You will all be happy to know that I came in last place with 9 correct (although I did tank two picks by taking the capitals and islanders-but yeah I sucked). That was fun. @Undisciplined is going to put something together idea wise for the NBA in season tournament as well.
Speaking of the NBA. It was opening night last night with 2 games only. The Nuggets beat the Lakers in game 1 and the Suns beat the Warriors in game 2. I didn't watch much of these games as I was mostly watching baseball last night but I did watch the end of the Suns/Warriors game and Booker was unstoppable.
So with the 23/24 season now kicked off and a full slate of games scheduled tonight, give me your hot takes on this NBA season.

Not my main sport but neither is hockey (even though it's a religion in Canada). I like NBA. I just wish there were less fouls and that you weren't able to use fouling to your advantage to stop the clock near the end of the game.
