Never impose Bitcoin to be used by population as money. Teach them instead.
As much as we want to believe that El Salvador was a success, it isn't. Bitcoin is still used only by nerds there, not by normal local population.

El Salvador was a testing ground for Bitcoin, as Nigeria was another testing ground for CBDC.
Bitcoin MUST be adopted from grass roots, not from the top-down. Bitcoin is for individuals to became sovereign. It is totally useless for governments.
Did you see the El Salvador government paying its employees in BTC?
Did you see any company that pays salvadorans in BTC?
I do not see anybody demanding to be paid in BTC in El Salvador. That will be the first thing I would do if Bitcoin is declared "legal tender". I would just say: pay me in bitcoin.
