yes, usually is at 12:00 Texas time, but today texas changed the timezone.
We must use Bitcoin time (UTC).

Really? How does that work? I'm not sure if this is accurate but according to Google, the saloon will open in 8 hours time. That's a bummer. Thanks for letting me know.
