At Proof of Work Fitness, we believe that a good night's sleep is essential for overall health and well-being. Poor sleep habits can lead to fatigue, reduced productivity, and even physical and mental health issues. That's why we encourage our clients to practice good sleep hygiene. Here are some tips that can help improve the quality of your sleep.
First, establish a regular sleep routine. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. This helps regulate your body's internal clock, promoting healthy sleep patterns. Secondly, create a sleep-conducive environment. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, cool and dark. Use earplugs, eye masks or curtains, and keep your bedroom temperature between 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thirdly, avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine before bedtime. These substances can interfere with sleep patterns and keep you awake. Instead, try a relaxing activity before bedtime such as reading or taking a warm bath.
Lastly, limit your exposure to electronics before bedtime. The blue light emitted by electronic devices can interfere with your body's melatonin production, making it harder to fall asleep. Try to avoid using electronic devices for at least an hour before bedtime.
In conclusion, practicing good sleep hygiene can help improve the quality of your sleep, promoting overall health and well-being. At Proof of Work Fitness, we know that small daily habits and choices can have compounding effects on our lives. So, take control of your sleep patterns and make sure you get the rest you need to achieve your dreams.

A lot of times I fall asleep listening to a podcast or YouTube video by someone with a deeper voice talking about random things like quantum physics, leadership, mindset, or Bitcoin.
I'm pretty sure your alarm clock would wake you up by just the sound if you set your volume up like I do.
Maybe try on a day where you don't have to be up early and see how it works out but these are just suggestions on things that I find success with.
