Make sure your bedroom is quiet, cool and dark.
I noticed when it's too quiet and dark i have trouble waking up.
Use earplugs, eye masks
I need my alarm clock and sun to wake me up :P
A lot of times I fall asleep listening to a podcast or YouTube video by someone with a deeper voice talking about random things like quantum physics, leadership, mindset, or Bitcoin.
I'm pretty sure your alarm clock would wake you up by just the sound if you set your volume up like I do.
Maybe try on a day where you don't have to be up early and see how it works out but these are just suggestions on things that I find success with.
