The beauty of bitcoin is just that: no geographical limits, no government and no judgment. Anyone who doesn't understand or want that isn't ready for independence and total responsibility.

As for not being able to cancel a transaction, I think you can cancel it while it's in the mempool, but not all apps allow you to do that. You can also change the priority rate.
