If Bitwage comply giving names and addresses to people working for the government, they can track you down in real life and do harmful thinks.

I surely agree with you. But the point here is that government and banksters are like mafia, they can print money and buy services to kill people based on metadata. NSA is already doing it.

There is also this true story, the guy went into jail for selling bitcoin, he wanted to comply and acted in good faith to prove everything that could be proven. But it was not enough
