You can use Bolt Cards (or any NFC card) at any store that has NFC enabled checkout, either in person or on a website. For example any store that uses BTCPayServer, or CoinCorner should work with the card. There are probably others as well. CoinCorner states that these checkouts also work: ibexmercado, lnbits, fastbitcoins

nothing, I spoke with the dev via twitter, thats all I have,
In fact at the beginning (moths ago) the site had an issue with the creation of QR codes, and I reported it and he fix it in a week or so.
