Is it disclosed how much Saylor owns personally? Or how much he owns of MSTR?

It’s not disclosed, but I think I saw a rumour a while back he owned about 20k btc personally aside from MSTR. Given he’s a wealthy guy and owned FANG type stocks through the last 15 years (which could be worth plenty) it doesn’t seem unreasonable.
He also owns about 25% of MSTR shares, but most importantly- still a majority of voting rights..

Sounds about right. The guy who orange-pilled Saylor recently said on a podcast that his first entry was 10,000 BTC (a sum so ludicrous he first assumed Saylor meant $10k for 1 BTC).

Yeah that was a great anecdote. Saylor rang him up “you know all that Bitcoin material you sent me? I bought 10,000”
“Oh great - so you bought one whole bitcoin?”
“No. I bought 10,000 bitcoin”

I've listened to a lot of Saylor interviews I also recall him saying he has a sizable personal stash. I'm also quite certain he specifically said he used equity from his FANG stocks to in one of the interviews.
All of the MSTR Bitcoin holdings and his 24.20% stake in the company are public information.
