I've listened to a lot of Saylor interviews I also recall him saying he has a sizable personal stash. I'm also quite certain he specifically said he used equity from his FANG stocks to in one of the interviews.
All of the MSTR Bitcoin holdings and his 24.20% stake in the company are public information.
