Apart from 0-conf channels with LSP Olympus by Zeus, you can open whatever other channels you want, if you use the embedded node. But the question is why would you want a giant channel instead of 2-3-4 smaller like 3-5M sats at maximum? Better using MPP than just one channel. On a mobile is not really necessary to have big channel, but just enough to do your regular payments. REMEMBER: you are not routing with these private nodes!
