My submission is; The Road

This is the film adaptation of the legendary Cormac McCarthy's incredible novel by the same name.

The book is better but I still think the movie is quite good.

That's awesome. Didn't scroll through all the comments. It moves slow, so if you are looking for action it probably won't suit you, but it's a good movie and better book.
