pull down to refresh

I absolutely love hitting the waves at the beach, and that's been my primary workout. However, I began to notice that my lower body wasn't keeping up with the rest.
So, in my quest for a remedy, I delved into the depths of the internet and stumbled upon an ancient Taoist/Kungfu gem – the horse stance. At first glance, it seemed deceptively simple, but goodness gracious, it's a whole new level of intensity. It's like a mental endurance test, a journey through pure pain and torture.
Fast forward two months, and I'm hooked. What started with a humble 30 seconds has transformed into 1 minute and 50 seconds. The strength gain in my lower body is undeniable, but what's truly surprising is how this practice has become a form of meditation for me.
The key to extending my time afaik lies in simple relaxation and mindful breathing. The horse stance has become my zen, my personal challenge, and my unconventional path to a stronger, more resilient lower body. And, believe me, the journey is as intense and rewarding as catching those perfect waves. :)
The stance is a move Jackie Chan always does
