Muun sometimes has high LN transaction fees. This is supposedly because sometimes they have to do on-chain transactions to provide liquidity. Does this mean Muun LN transaction fees should become cheaper the more you use it because there will be less chance an on-chain transactions will need to be made?

Muun isn't a LN wallet, and so every time you send or receive sats it makes an on chain transaction. The worse thing, in my opinion, is that they lie about it and try to hide that saying it's a LN wallet. They are very dishonest, IMO.

They always do on-chain transactions with submarine-swaps it is not a real lightning wallet. Use Phoenix or Breez for the best non-custodial experience.

So then what is the answer to my question in regards to Pheonix?
