That's fair.
Coinbase has its flaws but I believe they're a net positive for bitcoin. I bought my first sats there back in the day and still use them on a regular basis in addition to several bitcoin-only exchanges.
I used to stick to the bitcoin-only places, but they always seemed to go down whenever I needed them. What can I say, I'm addicted to buying dips.

I also bought my first bitcoin from coinbase. I couldn't take all the rules and restrictions they implemented as they prepared to go public.
