I don't think porn is a great think but we live in a world where it exist because of the free market demands and there are problems Bitcoin can help fix for them so why not. It's obvious to me that Bitcoin and porn stars or any other types of content creators would be a perfect match giving how they can be exploited by their platforms. They simply need a lightning address posted on their profile or below every contents. These people are putting themselves out there it would be great if they could get paid more and directly. What do you think

Bitcoin as it currently stands isn't a silver bullet for sex workers and performers, they need a certain amount of technical knowledge to manage their funds and using privacy tech like paynyms or coinjoins to try and obfuscate source of funds, they would also likely want to convert it to fiat to pay for certain things so mixing means they have to use P2P which isn't a bad thing, just that it is another technical leap/learning curve
I don't mind more bitcoin being "tainted" it just means it needs to recycle in a circular economy and not on fiat off ramps, i just don't think people are ready for all that comes with taking personal responsiblity of your funds, its a big leap for everyone.

A lot of the worst exploitation in the porn industry is because the producers control the purse strings. I imagine OnlyFans has already offered some corrective pressure there. Lightning would be another payment channel that would help in that same direction.
The big advantage of offering lightning payment, in my mind, is the expansion of potential customers. There must be many men who aren't willing to put those charges on a credit card, but would be willing to pay over a network like lightning.
All that said, I won't be surprised if AI almost completely replaces real people porn, in the near future.
