It is 100% legal to operate without those
BUT
Officers are trained otherwise and courts will enforce otherwise until you properly rebut it using their own statutes & case law in court motions/affidavits. It helps to look at the powers/duties of the officers/organization to see that they are COMMERCIAL officers, among other things.
They don't like losing their revenue.
Also this guy is a jackass and is wrong about many things.

You don't need a lawyer, friend. This stuff ain't hard, but pick your battles. Lower courts are a joke and you'll have to appeal to a REAL court many times. They also like to throw false judgments at you.
Listen to Rule Of Law radio to get an idea.

You're right. There is some learning involved, but it can get fun when you see lawyers/judges recuse/retire for things that a Pro Se did.

And if you really want to learn about this stuff learn from those that did it, live it and did it in the right way.
There are many lunatics out there, considering themselves as "sovereign individuals" but they have no fucking idea what they are doing and they are doing wrong.

No, YOU don't understand. Being a sovereign individual does mean I can do whatever I want.
It's Darwin. The stronger one wins. The weaker one dies out. I will definitely take whatever I can and want and kill whoever I can and want. If it has consequences and this behaviour kills me - so be it - that's the natural path of evolution & I deserved it.
If you don't have this mindset yet it means you're the weaker one. Or maybe it means you're the smarter one and I'm the dumber one. But that doesn't matter because I don't decide it - the nature decides it. That's the natural state of the human condition. That's literally why we're here on earth.
