I was expecting it ;)
Because me and a few people I know were havily endorsing it in the einundzwanzig meetups.
And Frankfurt has a surprisingly big Bitcoin community - we already had a big Linux/Tor/Hacking community before and lots of finance people with the Frankfurt Stock exchange etc. here - the Venn Diagramm is overlapping, lol!

Possibly. At first glance, interesting. Most wonโt think VPN but will take what they see in analytics as fact
