I know I don't have the time for my own territory. It would be nice but its not very smart creating something you won't manage. That's just a bad look and annoying. I just hope those who create their own territories understand that it takes a ton of work managing it.

It is a good incentive but there will always be those who abuse the system. At least the community will gravitate towards good territories that are managed well. My territory for now is the Saloon. ;)

It may be a mistake to give maintainer/creater of territory portion of sats generated there.

Many people want to create their own territories, but only a few want to actually run it. 

Also I don't understand why people don't do a simple post to test the "market" first, it's almost like trying to register a company without testing the demand, haha.
