caution people is in thinking words on a page will necessarily protect them. They might, but there are no guarantees when it comes to conflicts with people who perceive themselves as being in charge.
we can agree completely here too. always keep in mind that it's dealing with people, no matter how evil or wrong they are. the words on paper are expression of intent, wich is the most important in law. you would be surprised how things change when attitude changes
