pull down to refresh

I've been eating more on the carnivore side just in the past 3 weeks or so. I'm not strict, but no longer doing the morning steel-cut oats with blueberries, etc. I'm also eating much less bread (the home baked bread that I was very proud of).
I'm moving towards eggs for breakfast, and making lots of ground beef/hamburger patties with cheese - making them in bulk and heating them up for quick meals. We've had meatloaf for dinner a lot - not the sugary ketchup encrusted recipes, but more carnivore friendly ones. And I've had very few no-meat meals in the past couple weeks.
I'm totally de-emphasizing a side salad every day at dinner. That removes a lot of work, as well. I will frequently just slice up an apple or an orange as a side, for all of us.
So, I'm not strict carnivore at all, just eating tons more meat and eggs. BUT unless I'm imagining it, I think I'm much more energetic. For instance, last night I actually stayed busy on projects until 9 pm. That's unheard of for me, usually I don't count on doing much productive after dinner.
Also I feel much more peppy. It sounds corny, but I'm standing up straighter, and walking faster. Looking for projects to work on.
I know this may all be the "power of suggestion". And I have been completely submerged in carnivore-friendly/anti-mainstream nutrition books and podcasts for the past couple weeks as well.
However, if this keeps up, I will become convinced that this diet is the way to go.
this territory is moderated
Love it! I can attest the same; I feel truly stoked on life, ready to dominate my day from the second I jump out of the bed in the morning until (sometimes far too late) at night time :D

What are you eating? And how long have you been on the diet?

Wow, really? Wonder why. What are you eating specifically?
I'm feeling so different that I think I must have had some kind of deficiency, before going heavy on meat. And I was NOT vegan or even close, I probably ate meat three times a week. Just not very much.
Now I'm eating meat or eggs for every meal. And I seriously feel a bounce in my step. Just got finished playing pickleball, and did better than normal.
I'm NOT eating all meat though, I had egg/bacon/cheese bites for breakfast, with half a banana, and plain full fat home-made yogurt with a little bit of maple syrup.
