What are you eating? And how long have you been on the diet?

Wow, really? Wonder why. What are you eating specifically?
I'm feeling so different that I think I must have had some kind of deficiency, before going heavy on meat. And I was NOT vegan or even close, I probably ate meat three times a week. Just not very much.
Now I'm eating meat or eggs for every meal. And I seriously feel a bounce in my step. Just got finished playing pickleball, and did better than normal.
I'm NOT eating all meat though, I had egg/bacon/cheese bites for breakfast, with half a banana, and plain full fat home-made yogurt with a little bit of maple syrup.
