Were you thinking of administering it all over SN or just coordinating participants/buy in through SN? If it is all over SN we should make the rules, transactions, line up setting as simple as possible. Maybe even having our teams only playing one or two games a week more similar to fantasy football. I haven't played fantasy baseball in many years but setting lineups every day is a huge chore and will be a lot to manage.
Baseball only ever gives teams off days on Mondays and Thursdays so we could feasibly have a 2 game a week schedule in our league coinciding on say a Tuesday and Saturday.
I was just planning on using ESPN haha. I don't really have time to do it all manually. And setting lineups really isn't that bad....set them all for the week on a day of your choosing. Sometimes guys get days off or the rotation changes slightly but most of the time you're good for setting your lineup for the entire week.

I think if we are setting lineups once per week and using another service to do the work for us then calculating daily stats is ok. Although I do kind of still like the idea of less games per week. We have a lot of time until the season to sort through all these ideas.
