Seems like a TOR issue, I used to have a problem just like yours and the solution was to restart TOR or the node.

Any sort of VPN? I've had that cause issues before.

Yes. I use a VPN. That's my suspicion, though it never caused issues before the upgrade when Zeus introduced the built in node. Like I said, I can live with restarting it if the alternative is turning off my VPN.
