I am a fairly stressed person and have pain issues. I want to find ways that you guys find peace in this crazy world?

spending time in nature (ideally on some sort of psychedelic)

Does help being in nature / walking my dog but sometimes my back pain just kills any positive mood.

if you've got back pain, you have to start doing regular physical therapy. I thought pilates helped me a lot, but it's hard to give a generic recommendation, maybe it was the specific movements I was doing. but i have had back pains, and sometimes have back pains. it isn't cause by walking. it's definitely not helped by sitting.
