Working on first iteration of self-custodial wallets on SN.

We'll probably use bitcoin-connect from @Alby so stackers can connect all kind of self-custodial wallets to easily zap people on SN:

The idea is that the UX should stay consistent - no matter if you zap from the custodial SN wallet or from your own wallet.

This week I'm translating Bitcoin Developer Guides from Bitcoin.org into Spanish.

My holiday project is to build a sovereign node stack from the ground up, doing it all myself and not using a prebuilt package like Umbrel or Raspiblitz. I am not an software engineer, the first time i ever used command line was on my first Bitcoin node. I've installed the server version of Ubuntu on a Del Optiplex, downloaded and verified Bitcoin Core and am now in the middle of IBD. I'm following @k3tan Ministry of Nodes Ubuntu video series guide. My goal is to learn some new skills, set up a Lightning node and learn first hand now all the core tools and applications of Bitcoin work. So far so good!

This was highly requested which is always great to get this type of demand feedback from users to help us prioritize development.

Was minding my baby girl when a brainwave struck me. There are tons of books about how to stimulate babies’ brain prowess. Why isn’t there a book that suggests ways for bored dads to engage themselves and stay sane while looking after their baby 24/7? So I’m gonna plug the gap by writing one. First idea: get your baby to feel bubble wrap while you pop all those bubbles. Win-win

Studying Bitcoin privacy.

Yesterday I worked on making zaps idempotent so we stop having UI update race conditions on successive zaps. (net code deleting changes 🎉)

Today there's a handful of other things that've been bothering me that I'd like to fix.

A nutritional document.

It sound boring. But if we don't do something to stop the mass consumption of processed foods we are not going to solve anything else in advance. Malnutrition is the number 1 threat to civilization. Culturally malnutrition means no access to food. But in my opinion there is something worse, when you have plenty of access to food, but its the wrong kind and you dont know. We are talking about a vicious cycle of continually putting on weight, feeling you have no energy, yet eating and snacking all the time. The damage from malnutrition is incalculable. I don't even want to talk about it tbh,

spending all the hours managing the Zap-O-Matic lightning node and trying to improve routing.

Just paid exorbitant prices for a few nodes to provide liquidity through magma. Worked well as my channels gobbled it up.
